Bright Wireko-Brobby is a national of Ghana with over 25 years experience and specialization as an Legal Practitioner, Education Planner, Community Development Specialist, Management Trainer and Facilitator. He has extensive experience in community mobilization/development work, participatory project planning and management, adult training, management training/capacity building, gender equity issues, socio economic research, participatory research skills, participatory monitoring and evaluation and HIV/AIDS advocacy. He provides training in integrated community development, gender and development, adult learning techniques, project planning and management, facilitation skills and resource mobilization. He has worked and traveled in all regions of Ghana and has a very good appreciation and working knowledge of education and development work in Ghana. He has trained and been part of the training of a number of personnel from the Ghana Education Service and District Assemblies in Ghana. He has worked as a resource person for a number of NGOs locally and internationally related to Education and Community Development. 

Between 2005 and February 2011, Mr. Wireko-Brobby managed the Care International Sub office in Kumasi, where he was responsible for overall planning and management of various projects related to education and broad spectrum social development. He was the Senior Technical Advisor on a USAID-funded Partnership for Accountable Governance in Education (PAGE) project being implemented in forty-six districts across Ghana.  He is also a Program Associate to the West Africa Fair Fruit (WAFF) which is engaged in cocoa farmers’ on-going training and certification programs across all cocoa growing districts in Ghana. He is a member of the SPRING International Association of Development Planners (SIADP).

He has worked with several local and international organisations including Gold Fields Ghana Ltd, USAID, World Vision, Newmont Ahafo Development Foundation (NADeF), AngloGold Ashanti Iduapriem, Asante Gold, Asanko Gold, among others.

Bright served as the Member of Parliament of Ghana from 2013 to 2024.
